apt & La Boite development

What Made Lesley Pratchett took flight to Brisbane at the end of April for a bit of self development. We met some brilliant people who added some insight, expertise and love to the script elevating it to the next level.

I struck gold having Veronica Neave at the helm as director/dramaturg…You know when you collide with someone who just gets what you are trying to achieve? Anyhow… I had the best of both worlds with experience and youth at the table. Christen O’Leary, Giema Contini and Kevin Spinks along with Kobey Hudec, Zoe Walters, Liam Hampson and Tom Pocilujko - acting students from the Queensland Uni.

The script and I got to meet Bri Zammit and Ari Palani from La Boite. They made Pratchett and I feel right at home.

So…..where to now? All I can tell you is that this special story is feeling way better about itself and we’ll keep you posted on the next adventure.
